Delivery Policy
Holiday Delivery
To help assure on-time delivery during busy holiday seasons, place your order at least 5 to 7 days prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.
We are closed on these holidays: New Years, Easter, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Same Day Delivery
Orders placed before 12pm in the recipient's time zone can often be delivered same-day Monday-Saturday (some execptions apply). Delivery is unavailable on Sundays.
Delivery Times
Normal delivery times are 9:30AM to 5:00PM daily. During major holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, delivery times may be extended.
Sympathy and Funeral Delivery
These orders are of very high priority. If you have ordered too late to make the funeral service, we will call and let you know quickly so that delivery arrangments such as to the families home or cordinate as a pick-up order in-store.
If you do not know the zip code or exact address of the funeral home we will look it up for you. We normally contact funeral homes to verify times of services to make arrangements for flower delivery. If you have selected a delivery date that is before the actual viewing, we will deliver to the viewing per the funeral home instructions.
School Deliveries
Orders for delivery to schools should be placed as early as possible, and no later than the day before. We deliver flowers throughout the day, but as per general school policies, the school staff will not release the items to the recipient students until the end of the school day.
When ordering for a student please keep in mind if that student must walk, get picked up or will take the bus home for selecting what you would like to gift them.
PO Boxes
We are unable to deliver flowers to a P.O. Box or an A.P.O. address.
If No One Home for Delivery
If the recipient is not present during our initial delivery attempt, the item will be left in a secure location (such as a shaded porch away from the wind,at reception, or with a neighbor, etc.) The delivery driver will leave a note on the recipient's door with time of attempt and the location of the left item/s. Additionally, a follow-up call will be made to the recipient before the business day concludes to confirm that the item was received and is in satisfactory condition. Should the driver be unable to locate a secure spot for the delivery, a note will be left indicating the missed delivery and requesting the recipient to contact us to arrange another delivery time or for pick-up at our shop.
Incorrect Address
We are not liable for deliveries sent to wrong addresses provided by the customer. In such cases, the customer is responsible for the full purchase.
Should the correct address be available, additional delivery charges may apply for a subsequent delivery attempt.
Canceling or Changing an Order
Same-day orders are processed immediately and are typically non-changeable, depending on the situation.
Due to the time-sensitive nature of florist deliveries, we cannot cancel or modify orders that are already being processed by the florist, in transit, or delivered.
We do not accept changes or cancellations via email. To cancel or modify an order that has not yet been processed, please call us immediately. All modifications or cancellations must be made verbally.
Recipient Contact Information
At times, it may be necessary to contact the recipient to confirm their availability for delivery or to arrange a follow-up call if the delivery was left while the recipient was not at home. It is essential to provide the recipient's full first and last names, complete physical address, and contact phone number.
Deliveries to the US Navy Base here require complete address details, such as the hangar number or squadron name. For deliveries to the barracks, it's essential to include the building and room number. Additionally, the recipient's full name, rank, and contact phone number must be provided. These security protocols are mandatory for us as a commercial businesses to follow and provide when accessing the base.
Please be aware that not all areas of the base are accessible for deliveries.
Recipient Refusal of Delivery
If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you may be held fully liable for the cost of the gift and any delivery fees.
Card Messages
The message that you write in the Card Message field is the message that is printed out and sent as is with the gift.
We do not include any of the senders billing information with our orders.
